About Lillies

Tucked inside a Phillipstown warehouse with two roaring hearths, Lillies turns out fearless, wood-fired seasonal cooking. Regulars bypass the menu entirely and hand over the reins with the 'feed me' option—a steady stream of wood-fired pizzas, punchy salads, and plates like fish spiked with galangal and lemongrass. The kitchen leans into unexpected mashups, baking organic dough topped with everything from house kimchi to curried potatoes. In the glass, they pour ciders, beer, and skin-contact orange wines crafted right on premise. The open industrial room gets noisy when full, but spoons plunge happily into brown butter and honey semifreddo anyway.

  • The 'Feed Me' Menu: Hand over ordering decisions for a kitchen-led spread of wood-fired pizzas and seasonal dishes.
  • Inventive Wood-Fired Pies: Unconventional, rotating toppings range from kimcheese to cavolo nero sausage and aloo curry.
  • In-House Ferments & Drinks: Pours house-made ciders, beers, and wines crafted directly on the premises.
  • Warehouse Hearth Atmosphere: Two roaring wood fires warm a lively, spacious industrial space in Phillipstown.

  • Leave Dinner to the Kitchen with 'Feed Me'

Hand over the dining choices to the kitchen team with a generous multi-course set tasting menu designed around seasonal wood-fired dishes and creative pizzas.

Get the let us feed you menu to try everything out, so so good. Quite a few things on the menu that I probably wouldn’t have ordered usually but everything was amazing and was so fun to have some different things!

  • Flavour Combinations Beyond the Usual Comfort Zone

The rapidly rotating menu continually pushes boundaries with adventurous combinations like fish sausage, kimcheese, and mushroom stroganoff.

I encourage an attitude of exploration and bravery when you pick your meal - choose something that sounds put of your comfort zone, everything was really tasty.

  • Constantly Evolving Seasonal Rotations

Every visit offers new discoveries, from weekly updated dishes to slow-rise pizza dough made using local and organic flour.

Even better when we found out they use organic and local flour for the pizza dough! Don’t usually order ciders but WOW the apple and Feijoa one was amazing.

  • Spacious Warehouse Warmed by Twin Wood Fires

Set inside an expansive, industrial warehouse, two large roaring wood fires keep the dining space warm, cosy, and inviting in any season.

The restaurant was warm to my surprise as its a large open warehouse style. However, it has two huge wood fires and we were very comfortable temp wise

Beyond the menu

Distinctive dining touches and hospitable details that define the Lillies experience

  • House-Crafted Brewery and Winery Selections

Almost the entire drinks list features cider, beer, and natural wine produced on premise by their own brewery, poured by staff knowledgeable about each batch.

  • Thoughtful Off-Menu Dietary Preparations

The kitchen prepares spontaneous accommodations beyond the printed list, including house-made farinata as a gluten-free wood-fired option.
